Bob, your post is positive and optimistic, and I hope many more food manufacturers follow suit.

However, I have "optimistic cynicism" about fast food retailers and school food suppiers based on this part of Morgan Spurlock's ("Super Size Me")"Memorable Quote": "But why should these companies want to change?
