Thank you for the insightful article and I tend to agree on most points presented here.

As an executive at Acuity Media Group we are seeing a much greater focus on Direct Response/Direct Consumer contact in every media buy we plan for our clients.

This rings true even for who used to be considered straight 'branding clients'. They now see the value in creating a campaign which has a Direct Response element to it.
